Suma Wins Prestigious ‘People and Culture’ Award!

Submitted by on November 23, 2011 – 11:00 amNo Comment

We are thrilled to announce that we are the proud winners of the Phillip Baxendale ‘People and Culture’ award! This is awarded to the organisation that shows a true culture of employee ownership, including transparency and meaningful engagement with employees, and driving notable activity to strengthen a culture of productive partnership. Needless to say we are very pleased to receive this recognition and as ever we are proud to champion such a radical and democratic cooperative business model.

The award was presented at the Employee Ownership Association (EOA) conference held recently in Birmingham. To read more details about the award, please see the full article on the Cooperatives UK website.
