Frozen product range
During February 2021 Suma’s frozen product range will be reduced in size
Due to an essential Freezer unit upgrade, there will be temporary disruption to the service for frozen products as detailed below. This only applies to frozen products.
We’re confident that once these works are done customers will have access to more products and experience better availability.
- From Monday 1st Feb 2021 we will be running a reduced frozen service to customers for 4 weeks – 29 products (below) which has been selected based on popularity and for seasonality.
- Normal service and full range will be back available Monday 1st March 2021.
- The products available during this period will be restricted to an quantity limit per product and order, as our temporary pick operation will be limited by space and stock (see order limit below).
- We are looking to hold more stock through December and January to allow customers to minimise the impact of the disruption.
