Quick Vegetable Bolognese

New from the new Suma past cook book. Fry the onion and garlic in the olive oil until soft. Add the carrots and pepper and cook for 5 mins. Stir in the chopped tomatoes.

Focaccia with Pesto and Mozzarella

New from the Suma pasta cook. Put the flour into a large bowl and mix in the salt. Mix the yeast into 325 ml tepid water. Add the water and oil to the flour, then mix well with your hands.

Put the peppers in a large frying pan with a little olive oil, season, cover and cook slowly for about 15 mins, until softened.
