Roast Tomato, Mascarpone and Rocket Pasta.
From the new Suma cook book. Boil the pasta, adding the soya beans and green beans 3 minutes before end of cooking.
New from the new Suma past cook book. Fry the onion and garlic in the olive oil until soft. Add the carrots and pepper and cook for 5 mins. Stir in the chopped tomatoes.
New from the Suma pasta cook. Put the flour into a large bowl and mix in the salt. Mix the yeast into 325 ml tepid water. Add the water and oil to the flour, then mix well with your hands.
This vegan Christmas fruit cake recipe has been in Suma member Wendy Abbotts family for as long as she can remember. It doesn’t use eggs, and we’ve substituted the milk for soya milk. It’s really easy to make and uses lots of dried fruit and spices to create a rich delicious flavour.
Full of flavour yet simple to make, this recipe makes the most of autumnal squash and store cupboard staples to create a hearty supper.
