Suma has been selling across the World for about 10 years. It all started quite quietly with a few customers. We only really began to take exporting seriously about five years ago and are now at the point where we’ve seen this part of our business grow to about 14% of total sales, a figure which continues to increase.

The Fairtrade programme is doing good things here. The village where I live now has clean water and receives electricity. It’s very exciting – we never believed this would be possible!
