Delivery Information
We deliver to Mainland UK using our own fleet of Suma trucks. However, we also offer delivery via a carrier. We deliver using vehicles the size of a double-decker bus. If this is going to cause a problem please advise us. We can offer a range of solutions.

Free delivery is subject to a minimum order value which may vary depending on your delivery location and product mix ordered (ambient, chilled and/or frozen).
Deliveries on a Suma truck
Ambient, Chilled and Frozen
We offer free delivery dependant on a minimum order value. Orders below the minimum value will be subject to a carriage charge - we will discuss this with you first.
Deliveries not on a Suma truck
Ambient only
Free on orders over £500 (Mainland UK). Carriage charges apply on orders below these values.
Carrier deliveries will normally be within 3 working days of placing an order. If you require faster delivery of ambient goods to Mainland UK we will aim to arrange this with a carrier who may apply a fee.
Chilled (including ambient)
Free on orders over £750 (Mainland UK). Carriage charges apply on orders below these values.

Collect
We’re delighted to let you know we can now welcome collection customers back to Elland again. We also can deliver orders to you but of course, this is as and when we can get to you.

Order Deadlines
In order to provide you with the best possible service your order must be placed before the deadline for the week’s delivery. The earlier you place your order, the better the service we can provide. Alternative arrangements may have to be arranged if your order is received after the deadline.
