Suma has been selling across the World for about 10 years. It all started quite quietly with a few customers. We only really began to take exporting seriously about five years ago and are now at the point where we’ve seen this part of our business grow to about 14% of total sales, a figure which continues to increase.
We are a small team, normally just three people working each day. Between us we speak French, Spanish, Italian, German, Greek, Mandarin and Portuguese.
After eating my weight in chocolate, we were moved onto the main event – being wheeled around the factory and making our very own chocolate bars. Clad in hairnets and white jackets we headed straight into the extremely pristine factory. Vats of dark, milk & white chocolate dominated the
