Pea soup quality issues – we’re on the case

Submitted by on June 16, 2017 – 5:18 amNo Comment

Hello all you pea soup fans out there.

We’ve been getting reports that a particular batch of our pea soup (VF481) may be a bit thinner than usual. It’s perfectly safe to eat, just lacking the ‘oomph’ and consistency you’d expect from a Suma soup. Never fear, we can assure you this is a temporary blip; we’ve now removed this batch from our warehouse so any soup we send out from now on will be back to our usual quality standards.

If you’ve had some of our pea soup with the best before date of November 2018 and found it a bit thin, we’re very sorry about this. You are welcome to drop us a line for credit on 01422 313 845, and if you could let us know the batch number too (found next to the BBE on the bottom of the can) that would be a big help.

Thanks for your understanding!
