The Food Hygiene Certificate has changed.
The Food Hygiene Certificate and online Food Hygiene Training is long overdue a wake-up call. Unnecessarily expensive, boring, poorly produced, Powerpoint slides with lame voiceovers, even having to attend a test-centre to do the exam… Does any of this sound familiar?

The videos in the Safer Food Hander course do contain meat and information on how to cook and store it. While Suma obviously does not condone the consumption of meat, we do however accept that knowing how to cook and store it is a legal requirement of any food safety course.
