Win a Liz Cook Healthy Eating Book

Submitted by on November 22, 2011 – 4:50 pm2 Comments

Liz Cook, veteran vegan and maker of the ubiquitous nutritional wall charts, has kindly donated a signed copy of her beautifully illustrated cookbook to give away to one lucky winner. The book features lots of simple, nutritionally balanced meals which are suitable for vegans. It also contains a guide to the different vitamins and minerals needed for a healthy diet and which foods contain these nutrients.

Simply email us at competition@suma.coop using the subject line ‘cookbook competition’ by the 14th December for your chance to win. It would make a great Christmas present for someone, if you can bear to part with it!

If you’re not lucky this time never fear, because you can also get hold of Liz’s book and nutritional wall charts by buying them through Suma.
