Our new website tool makes online ordering a breeze!

About the quick order tool

We’ve received a lot of welcome feedback from users of www.sumawholesale.coop that has helped us to make significant improvements to the site over the years. Most recently you have helped us develop a much speedier and more convenient way of placing your order- the rapid order form.

The rapid order form is quick and easy to use. You can either copy and paste your order from another document such as Word or Excel, or type your order on to a blank text box on the site. You will then be able to upload the products to your cart all in one go, thus avoiding the need to find and add products one by one. Your order can be compiled and sent to us in a fraction of the time it used to take.

Give the order form a try, and as well as saving time you get these benefits:

A copy of your order emailed in to your inbox

A report on out of stock items on your order, to give you the chance to order replacements

The ability to re-order items from past orders, and an online record of your past orders

Saves you more time than any other ordering process method

Place your order 24/7 at your convenience

How to access the quick ordering tool

The new feature can be accessed once you are logged on to the wholesale website, from the ‘My Account’ page. (This should be the landing page once you have entered your log in details) Click on the ‘Show Rapid Order Form’ button to start using the new facility. There are detailed instructions you can access using the ‘Show Instructions’ button, and you can also see a video tutorial showing you how the tool is used.

Give it a try- we are confident it can save you lots of time when you place your orders. Remember to let us know what you think at info@suma.coop, and keep your feedback coming!

    Hi There,

Just wanted to say how great it is to be able to use the rapid order form – our order took about 1 hour rather than the usual 2.5 hours.

    Thank you so much.

    Best wishes

Julie and Caroline from the Bardon Mill SUMA Group

What I would really like is to be able to go to a previous order and tick all the items I would like to add to the new order and then add them all at once. Adding them one by one is confusing if you have a long order as you have to go backwards and forwards and remember what you added last time. Tricky if you have a long order….

Please, please, please include individual VAT totals in the basket. To let members of buying groups know how much they will owe, we have to check every item to see if it has VAT…

Also, is it REALLY necessary to change the guest password every month? It’s so annoying having to chase it up each time it expires, so we can let our members know.

Thanks for the rapid order form, it certainly speeds things up.

  • Richard says:

Why not allow the Rapid Order Form to accept just product codes, without a quantity, for when only 1 item is required?

    Hi Richard,

Thanks for your comment, the form behaves this way because some people copy the whole of their spreadsheet in but only want the 5 lines they have ticked. Making sure a quantity is required stops errors from occurring when customers use the form in this way.

I hope apart from this aspect, you have found the form useful,
    Amy @ Suma

The rapid order tool is great. It would be nice if there were a link back to it readily available while you’re browsing products.
