Every one of these twelve new and beautiful soaps has been carefully hand crafted using a blend of olive oil, coconut oil, and shea butter. Free Ecoleaf Washing Up Liquid from Salcombe Harbour

Submitted by on September 23, 2010 – 4:52 pmNo Comment

P8300371
Salcombe Harbour is greeting visiting yachts with a free bottle of Ecoleaf
Washing Up Liquid.
It is part of a phosphate free Salcombe campaign aimed at ensuring that the
estuary water stays sparkling.
“Phosphates can feed Algal booms, and Salcombe is especially vulnerable as we are an Estuary without a river” says Harbourmaster Ian Gibson.
This can be a problem for both the scallop and oyster fisheries within the harbour.
“It seemed to us that instead of just nagging people, we should do something positive, so we decided to offer a solution and not just a problem and it’s nice to welcome our
visitors with a present” said Ian.
