    My blender would not get the chick peas smooth enough.What blender did your demonstrator use and did the hummous finish up really smooth as you couldn’t judge from the video?

    Our kitchen blender is a ‘Robot Coupe’. Apparently we are planning to upgrade it though. For domestic use, today’s highly knowledgeable kitchen staff recommend using a ‘Vitamix’ blender. We’re not sure how smooth the hummus ended up, but it’s the taste that matters most!
