New Suma Prepack Packaging Out Soon

In response to your comments and feedback over the last two years, the Suma Prepack Range is currently undergoing a comprehensive overhaul.  There will be loads of information  about our new packaging in March  and April in our catalogue, on our website and in the press.

Temporary packaging in March

As a result of this innovation, we will be running out of existing packaging film for some products before the launch of the new range.  In order to minimise out of stocks, there will be some stock appearing in temporary packaging, i.e neither current film nor new film. The packs will be in plain film, using a front and back sticker. Customers who have bought our prepacks over a number of years will recognise the temporary packs as virtually identical to our previous prepack design!  Each pack and outer will be clearly marked as a temporary pack pending relaunch.

We ask you to bear with us during this period, which should be no longer than 6 weeks and will probably affect less than 10% of your prepack purchases. Our sales team will be able to advise you whether your prepacks are in temporary packaging.  New packs should be available from 6th April – but we may sneak a few out earlier for you to look at – we hope you’ll like to new packs and think the small disruption was worthwhile.
