I too would like Suma to start doing the gluten free muesli again. The new stuff comes no where close. You will lose my business for sure. I used to buy tons of the stuff for my family. Its all we ate.

Many thanks for your feedback. And apologies you seem to have been struggling to get a response from us.

I’m sorry to hear that you don’t like the new recipe Gluten Free Muesli. We decided to refresh our whole muesli range as sales have been declining with the introduction of exciting new brands. The Suma muesli recipes have been pretty much unchanged over the last 20 years and we wanted it to still be here in the next 20 years. We also recognised that there were new ingredients available which we could use.

We tested the new gluten free muesli recipe on existing users and they seemed to prefer it (we also have a couple of Suma members who need a gluten free diet)- the puffed grains adding a better texture and look than using powdery flakes. However we do acknowledge that it won’t suit everyone. We’d hate to lose you as a customer but continuing with the existing muesli was, sadly, no longer an option.

We do still have a small stock of the old style recipe left and therefore I will contact you seperately to see if you want to stock up while we still have some.

I would like to buy the old style Suma Gluten Free Museli, (Non Puffed) museli. It was easily the best around.
Suma appear to have stopped making it for no good reason, no explanation (none would be good enough). I feel badly let down.

Suma is likely to lose this customer of 30 year loyalty if they dont start producing it again. People needing Gluten Free get from Suma because it has provided a good service. If they stop serving me, I go elsewhere for all of my items. That is 10-20 items per week.
Getting no response from Suma is making it worse. If you are not Suma, then please pass this on.

Do you want me to shop elsewhere ? This is my third and last attempt to get a positive response.

overhead in the canteen yesterday ‘mmmmmmmmm…..i could eat this all day’ said Julius as he tucked into his second bowl of crunchy apricot. Tempting as it may be to employ him to eat muesli all day i’m sure he contributed better when he did eventually make it to the warehouse………..

I’m taking home 6 boxes of Muesli’s tonight. We had a sale today so Suma workers could try them for £1 per box. What a bargain! Comments so far: Think the packaging looks great, and pleased to hear it can all be recycled. Not tried the product though yet, so might have a bowl for my tea tonight. Yum Yum
